Russian city workers nearly hit woman while cutting down a tree.

Don't know if it would have hit her, but it's close. Lack of PPE pretty much says it all.

WOW! i dont even know what to say. I bet she will look twice before entering a work zone next time. Maybe invest in some cones and caution tape.

With the people walking by its the workers duty to watch for traffic. You would think people would be smart enough but their not. It seem like when you put cones out it draws stupid people in.

The tree fell short of the sidewalk, but not by much. It looked like it bounced over the edge.

She might have gotten crippled, but not killed.

Did ya ever watch the Russian driving videos , my guess is there of a different way of thinking . I doubt either the guy making the cut or the woman walking lost 20 seconds of sleep over it .
