Very busy high end tree care seeking experienced climbers and ground for full or part time work
Removal/rigging and pruning skills required. Large and small trees
Ability to climb with or without spikes
Strong leadership abilities most helpful

Ground:
Chainsaw and rope, rigging experience helpful but will train right person.
Be able to work hard in heat and cold and in difficult terrain for long hours
Clean DMV, ability to drive a manual transmission and back up trailers a plus
If interested will train into climber position.
If an experienced climber with leadership skills is interested...we will help you relocate to Sunny Santa Barbara California
