Climber pads

I'm in the market for a set of new pads for climbers, I currently have have the soft style Buckingham Velcro pads on aluminum Bashlins. I was thinking of getting the ones with metal inserts or leather ones with double straps. I can be on a pole for a few minutes or a couple of hours depends on the job.
