Where are you seeing the markings on the cylinder?

Yes, timeframe is right
It says "Air Injection" - right.
It's not a Rancher
It has a decomp

The problems is, if the piston and/or cylinder are toast, finding CP replacements is difficult and expensive, and there's no CP AM alternative (I know there are some that claim to be closed port, but they are no match for the OEM CP setup. I would buy it with the idea of putting an OP cylinder on it. If it turns out the saw has good compression, then so much the better.

second pic, zoom in and the ++++++ would confirm it's closed port. But, as Neal said, if the piston is bad...
Lack of information makes it tough to decide its worth. Maybe ask the seller the question?

I recently bought an air induction 55. The saw runs extremely well. I bought a 55 similar to this new years ago and it ran well, loaned to in-law probably straight gassed. That is another story. The saw I have now runs better than the new one did. This talk about whether closed port or open port is above my head. I assume ++++++ means serial no. My saw has the tag but no date. Are the different type pistons before a certain ser.no. or just randomly scattered thru production. Any help in clearing this up for me will be appreciated.

Six plus signs lined up on the right side of the cylinder under the compression release indicate a closed port cylinder. They are cast into the jug, can't miss them. Look at the eBay link above and you can see that in the saw for sale.
