I thought I read last year about a cold suit. A gel vest you put in the freezer then wear in the summer. I did a seach but couldnt find it. Has anyone heard of such a thing or was I dreaming?

Hey Farmer. I tried this a couple years ago, but I would up sending it back. It was just too bulky for treework. You can give it a shot, but I don't recommend it.
About the only useful thing I've found are those "soak in ice water and wear around your neck" bandanna thingies. I DO recommend those, but you need to reinforce the stitching on all of them.
