Concrete Chain Saw

Does anyone have experiance with the concrete chain saws? We have a job coming up and the cost of hiring out the wall sawing will exceed the price of a Partner chain saw and a couple of extra chains. This is an easy job and will require a large number of short cuts instead of a few long cuts and I think that a handheld will work fine in this application. Just looking for some input.

I have never used one myself, but they have an ICS saw at work.
It doesn't get allot of use but they have no complaints about it.
They also have a Partner which has not left the storage trailer now for at least 5 years, they say it was to big and awkward to use.

dimond chain

the ics uses a dimond chain and has water running on it while it's in the cut the chain is very very expensive, but they do work very well.
