contract climbers for san bernadino county?

Did someone post a request for climbers to help clean up the pine pitch canker infested area near L.A. CAlif?

I think it was San Diego area.

A freind of mine whent down to look at a contract. Much of the area was so remote that it was impossible to get at them economicly. Many of them burned out this fall anyways. As it was a numnber of the contractors that were trying were loosing their collective postieriors.

This was all ROW for very high voltage transmission.
