I have a nice, complete electronic ignition set up that fits 031/032. Includes flywheel, coil, plug wire. $25 Tested and works good.
A like new 031 short block $35. Piston looks perfect through either port. Reportedly this was a new saw that the shop it was at started scavenging parts off of.
