Here's one that I just serviced and restored:

This saw is a classic, originally made by Poulan, and I offered to buy it from the owner after I got it running strong. He could not wait to pay the restoration bill and take it home. It's built like a tank.

They are good saws. I have a thin ring 3.7 and it will do 165 lbs. compression. I have had several of these and all good saws. One of my favorite.

I made a few myself and the rest were already in my shop and not specific to this saw. Actually, not much was required, mostly just clean up and TLC. Hard to find, these saws are classics.

I have a Poulan 3700 Countervibe I bought new in 1983. I have cut lots of firewood over the years with it. It is a great strong running saw and still is. The only thing I have ever had to do is replace the oiler on it. I was just wondering about parts availability.
