Dan Henry's Saw Fest Input

Well April 10th will be here before we know it and I feel we should lay some ground rules down as far as the saws. My thinking is we should have a 346 muffler class and a 346 piped class. This way here we can have more people running saws. There is only a few us that I know of that have pipes on there 346’s. Most have mufflers and I would hate to see some guys driving all the way to Dan’s running a muffler saw against the piped saws.
By know means am I telling anyone how to run there saw race but I feel it would be in good taste. We all know John Lamebert has the fastest 346 on alcohol so he can run against himself in that class.
I am bringing 2 346’s 1DH & 1EHP with pipes and muffler, DH357 muffler, DH372 muffler, KD385 muffler and if Chico Rodrigo gets his act together I will have a 250cc saw. Of course I will need a driver for that beast. What do you think about the muffler and piped class.
Master Blaster will be running the 090G against Steve’s 3100 Homelite in there class.

Hey Marky Mark

I have the bar for your 250cc saw and all you need is to get some 1/2 pitch chain for it. If your builder needs the bar mount specs let me know. I've been told that this bar is the one that Jason Wynyard and Matt Bush use but who knows...

Looks good Dennis, While you were out getting lunch I spoke to your pal the Machinest AKA Frank Rizzo,. He told me 3 hours to get lunch was bit to much but after all it was 75 and all the girls at the college switch to tank tops.

Getting back to the question was I geuss it's Ok to run the piped saws against the Muffler saws. Sounds good to me.

I don't think anyone is crazy enough to run a muffler 346 against a piped one,,, but if they want to try well so be it...
Is their prize money involved that I don't know about? if not who cares what classes their are ?

I would think as time draws closer Danny will be setting the rules and telling us what classes we will be running. (I see he started to on his fourm.)
Just remember guys this is suppose to be a "FRIENDLY" get together not everyone will be out to prove something

To the Clubfest, I think I'll bring the KD 088, 066, 385, 346, PP 357 and the 346EHPA.
Dan you better errect a tent with tables to house all the clubs and at least 12 extra bar wenches.
