Bob, that's a big old Yellowpine isn't it? What are ya cutting it for, firewood?

We don't get to see ya cutting very often, wish your video was more than 33 seconds.

Merry Christmas!!

Nice Bob.
Shall I get them started. Is that a ponderosa or a jeffrys?
Hey Metals that is a little pine.

Yeah, I'd say it's average of our Ponderosa here. . . They all get big cause nobody wants to burn it for firewood. ;)

We go after the Larch and Doug Fir for that. :D

Thanks for the vid.

I always pictured you as old and crotchety.

Glad to see you don't look old!!:greenchainsaw:

Your video skills are dandy...

Merry Christmas!

Looks like that Ole Salty Dog is a learning a few new tricks. :)

Sounds like the 066 Jasha worked on that Bob had a little bit of trouble... getting it out of my hands at the GTG.

Sent the old grimmy 064 off with Tree Sling'r & what a kick in the pants to run/use.
:greenchainsaw:.

That saw looked like it was cutting good. Sounded good too.

Nice video work on both of them. Firewood on a day off. Well at least you didn't have to drive 6 hours or more to cut. Looks like ya got some shiny new duds there too. Been a long time since I seen an unstained non dirty set of chaps.

Keep it up, they say it will keep you young on most days.

That was a Ponderosa school-marm that blew down a couple of weeks ago. As pine goes, it wasn't really all that big. Made lots of firewood, though.

Merry Christmas to you and yours.

Your saw hurts my ears. So it must be running well. I'll put on earplugs for future videos.:) Happy Christmas. Now, are you going to put a nice bow on that wood?

No bow. I'm cutting wood in exchange for home cooked meals. Can't beat a deal like that. And you're right...that saw really talks. Merry Christmas to you.

Yup...I thought I was going to have to rassle you to get my saw back.

Jasha does good work.

Yup...It's sure nice to cut wood within walking distance of the dinner table. Those chaps were a Christmas present. Give 'em time...they'll be as grubby as the old ones.

Was that 660 opened up at the muffler or more so?

DP muffler, both exhaust openings enlarged, and what Treeslingr' calls a "mild port job". It's not a real hotrod but it will smoke a stock 660 by a wide margin. Mostly it just runs cooler and easier than a stock 660.

And louder. That way the boss always knows when you're working. ;)
