..Still saws like a scream'n demon
takes 30 wt. oil for the fuel mix,i kind of lean it out a bit
,,really oils up that chain very good when you hit that oil assist button,
strapped on a Stihl chain
,,had it out cuttin up firewood on an elk trip and a few camping trips.
All in all not bad for 5 bucks from a yard sale over a year ago.
The only thing that i had to do to get it running was adjust the air gap/ pickup coil .
 
Poulan 306 right? That bar on that saw brings back a lot of memories. My Dad's Poulan 361 he bought new in '70 or '71, came with a roller nose bar just like that one. He still claims to this day that was the best bar he had ever owned and he also says they have a lot less drag compared to a sprocket nose.
