I purchased a DHT 22 ton splitter a few weeks ago. It was already assembled at Lowes. It ran fine until Friday and then I noticed a small leak of hydrolic fluid from the valve. I call DHT and they were very helpful in giving me instructions on how to fix the problem. Even though I temporarily made the issue worse DHT offered to send me spare parts. The problem is not due to design or materials. But they were still willing to do what they could to satisfy a customer. Thank you to their customer service department.
