Didier or Bachtold splitter

I am having a bit of a hard time figuring this out. I have photos of a splitter and I am trying to find more info. I was told it is a Didier Manf MFD26 BUT the photos show a sticker that says Bachtold Brothers. Is that possible? Or what reasoning would it say that if it is a Didier?

Didier was a manufacturer. It had been re-branded and sold under many different names.

Thank you. Then should I use the Didier instruction manual or would there be one out there somewhere that is under the Bachtold name?

MFD 26 was a Didier number, use their manual. These splitters were retagged & sold by Agway and several other store chains
