Does anyone know where you can buy a 100' roll of .325, .050, full comp, chisel, NON_SAFETY chain? I guess I'd rather stihl but i don't think they make it without the raker bumps. I've had good experience with oregon but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

Ratioparts in germany has that, atleast in .058 not 100% sure about .050 but getting some in the states is another matter.

You may wish to just look on the internet:

PowerCut™ .325" Pitch, .050" Gauge Saw Chain, 100' Reel

Part# 20LGX100U
"The 20LGX100U Saw Chain Reel has compatible fit with the Stihl® 23RS 100' Reel."

Amazon & Northern tool came up, as did quite a few others. Best deal I found was on eBay

Or... Send me a private message & I can order some from my distributor. I have no idea right now what price that will be, however.

Oregon LGX is what you want, lots of places have lpx. As for Stihl It would be 23RS the new version is the 3690 code a sort of NK type of product which the local place has to make loops out of. They did not know the difference and put it together with the preset parts for the previous model that was 0.063" at the top of the drive link. A number of years ago I had a loop made elsewhere and it did not have safety features like bumper tie straps. I never tried to get a Stihl dealer to sell me a roll don't see why they would not.

Just a couple probably on the low price end of places.
Baileys has a product as well I get it in the skip sequence which I don't know of any other source for skip .325
I kind of like the fancy drive link features for oil movement which is Stihl at the moment in .325 chisel.

Try Madsens or Service Saw in Chehalis, WA. Madsens does take orders and I think Service Saw will do so over the phone. You can find their phone numbers with a google.

Both are located in the heart of serious logging country.

Hey thanks everyone. For some reason I was having difficulty finding it without the bumper tie straps. It's difficult to understand all the codes for the chains. Does power cut mean that its not going to have any safety crap on the chain?

That’s a good price on a 100’ roll of LGX from sawsuppliers

When I dealt with Service Saw buying chains, I simply said I didn't want safety chain. You just have to tell them what you want, and they'll tell you what they have. Easy peasy.

Power cut is the trade name (by Oregon) of the product you asked for. .325 pitch, chisel tooth, .050 gauge, with no anti-kickback features.

Just search the internet for the part number I quoted above, and you will find your 100' roll.

Oregon LGX is without safety. This is actually new in .325, it used to be 3/8" only.

Prior to this LPX was the go to. It has a small safety but still cuts very fast.
