Does this look like pear or apple?

I thought it was a apple tree but it has same exact color and markings as some pear I got off the same lot. Got a few apple trees also off same lot. One pear was Bradford I believe that looked like this and another pear that grew big pears but the grain was almost all white

Now that i look again the bark is rough for Apple .

Oregon white oak is my guess.

could be apple as well. I’m no expert lol. I just see you are from Portland and that scrub oak is common

Here’s the Bradford pear I believe. Looks identical to the wood I’m curious about, I actually sold that thicker slab today for 4.7$ a board foot it’s 5” thick , I’m starting to think these are the same 2 trees, maybe both pear trees?
