Cylinder walls has no scoring but as photos show there's a ding in the roof of exhaust. It will be fine to run.
Needs a clutch and brake band

well i am interested in buying this from you. i am not computer savey and do not know how to send you a personal message, nor do i know how you would handle a transaction. i struggle to accomplish this . i have two of these 116si one is not useable because of a broken recoil starter and the other needs a muffler. so i need this for an organ donor and bring my others to a healthy state
