Dolmar 401

Thats it, you guys are in the dog house now. Im addicted, and already looking for a 3rd saw.:biggrinbounce2:

I was looking into either an Echo 346 or a Stihl 180, but the Dolmar has sparked an interest as well.

My question is where can I find one and whats a decent price?

401 is a nice little saw. I know that you can get them from Dave Neiger and Dan Henry. But think that there are some new guys sponsering here that sell them.

It is a nice saw.

I run on to a new one on Ebay about 3 months ago. Evidently, the dealer was new and didn't know that the Dolmar dealer agreement doesn't allow online sales. Dolmar made him end the auction early and I had the only bid so I got it for a very reasonable $209 shipped to my door.

I think they normally retail for about $260 or so.

Not a Dolmar 401, but the Makita DCS401 is the same saw (only blue instead of red) and you can find them online.
