Thanks again for all the advice this past year!
Ok so, I burned up a piston on my 9010, it happens. I read up here on how to make the repair, ordered the parts, new cylinder and piston. I put in the new parts today as per instructions I found here (thanks a ton for the people who posted). I found the "porting101" thread and filed out the mold marks on the intake and exaust. Everything went together smoothly, no problems!

I was about to hook up the carb and intake and then I found a tear in the rubber intake!!! (rubber tube from carb to intake port on cylinder)

I just looked at the parts schematic online and cannot find a replacement.

Does anyone know where I can find the rubber intake manifold for this saw?

Dolmar dealer ?

Most likely that tear was the cause of your burnt piston, but just to be safe, you should leak test the saw when you get it back together.

The dealer I normally go through could not find the part, I finally talked with the dealer in Greenville SC and he was able to find it! I should have it late tomorrow.

I'll do the leak test once I get it back together
