Your local auto parts store should have a gauge that they would loan you. O'Reilly's and Auto Zone will surely have one

135 is still a little low for a 9010. How does the cylinder/piston look with the muffler poped off?

I would expect a 9010 to pull over 150psi... Probably closer to 170+ if the ring isn't too worn. If the cylinder is scarred I'd still be interested in it as a project saw....provided you're flexible on the price.

Btw rather than pull the muffler, pull the plug and look in the spark plug hole at the exhaust side of the cylinder with a flashlight for signs of scarring

You're going to need more evidence to sell this saw. Either pics of the P&C and/or a video of it running/cutting.
