Dominican Republic tree trimming

I'm currently in Punta Cana. There were some guys using a setup witch consisted of two 3/4 in ropes and each with a small sling on the bottom of them. One sling goes around one of your feet and the other around your opposite thigh. Then the ropes are wrapped around the tree and used for climbing. I'm looking for advice on where I can buy something like this. Sorry for the lack of detail and bad video.
