Don't Mess With It!!!

Did you ever have a saw that you you just don't want to mess with? With all the saws that I have one would think that I would want to have more modded saws. I picked up a pair of Husky 372's last fall from Jeff Sikkema. I have run this saw only a few times but after running it today I just don't want to mess with it! This saw is such a pleasure to run, especially the fact that Husky has their act together with their anti-vibe. So we will see, but as of now I want to leave this saw alone!!!

I've got saws like that, just for a different reason, one or two of my saws just frustrate me. MY 038 is VERY nice so I aint screwin with it.

My Dolmar 120si. That saw is so shockingly fast I can't imagine messing with anything.

Well in that case.........the muffler is modded but that is it! What I was referring to was porting and cylinder work that goes with modding a saw!

I agree. I didn't say that I wouldn't have anymore saws modded. I may just leave this 372 alone. With 9 nine modded saws and one more coming from EHP I think leaving one stock is OK!

modded 372

I understand how you feel. I have a 372 that is truly a joy to operate. Starts easily, very smooth and powerfull. A major upgrade from what I have been using. I don't know how it can be any better......... Dan has it now and says it will not be the same saw when I get it back. I can't wait!!!!

Hey Russ, there doesn't seem to be a long line of folks takin that bet you might have to offer some odds to induce them.
