First rule is to make sure both saws are turning the same direction. I mistakenly mounted one saw upside-down the first time I tried it, and trust me, that doesn't work! I've had my Husq 372 on one side and an 044 on the other, and we chewed through a 42" burr oak with no problem. More than matching the saws it is important for the SAWYERS to be matched. With both hands busy and face shields in place, you have limited options for communications, so you have to watch each other and listen to both saws.
