For those of you haven't seen them (why not??!!!??), I've got two threads started in the Residential forum on the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) and Asian Longhorned Beetle (ALB). Right now there's a LOT more info on the EAB than the ALB, but I'll continue to post new info as I get it. I just posted a very comprehensive extension article on the EAB....

Please take a look, its VERY important stuff, especially for those of us here in the Midwest.

Very big problem in Ontario right now, Windsor is our EAB hot spot, and Toronto for ALB,

My Alumni conference is in January , and we are having speakers for both.

Dan F: thanks for the heads up. I've been reading the threads. EAB is very bad news. I may have to help deal with infected trees at some point in the future.

There's a LOT more info out there! If anyone has it, PLEASE post it in the appropriate thread.... Like I've said though, I'm not searching this stuff out, just passing it along....
