I didn't know Mac made electric start 610's, Ha-Ha. Man, is some buyer going to be surprised.

Only because his pictures are so grainy you wouldn't be able to tell he was wrong if you didn't know better.

I think the seller means to convey "electronic start" as opposed to points/condensor.

My old Alpina says "ELECTRONIC" in big letters on the clutch cover, for example. Probably was a big deal back then.

It means the same as 'electronic ignition'...that the timing and firing of the spark plug is controlled by an electronic control module.

You know, as opposed to points/condenser. Although, the older systems still had electric circuits, so one would think they would be called electronic also.
