I'm looking to purchase a used chainsaw & I have narrowed it down to the Echo CS 310 for $80 vs the Homelite Sabre 245 for $100. Both saws have similar wear & tear.
I think the Homelite 245 is from the 1980's. It has an 18 bar & I think 39CC. Here more info:

The Echo CS310 is a newer saw that was probably purchased at a big box store. It has a 14 bar & 30.5CC Here more info:

I don't need a super-powerful saw since I only use it about 2-3 time a year. I just need something easy to start & reliable.
