Echo CS620 base gasket delete?

Looking to do this mod on my 620 but looking for some feedback as to if it made good improvements and is worth the time. I have heard that not all saws benefit from this and some more than others. Any info or insight is greatly appreciated.
 
The gasket is pretty thin. You won't gain a whole lot. You are actually retarding all the port timing compared to stock. You will pick up a little bottom end torque, but do you really need that?
This was the info I was looking for, the saw already has great bottom end for it's size. Thank you for this. I'll probably just stick with a good muffler mod and his fuel.

I recently did some 590 testing. At minimum it needs a muffler mod and I change the nozzle so the carb can be properly adjusted. Here's the vid:
