Electric Chain Grinder

My brother was at a yard sale on the weekend and picked up an electric chain grinder for $19.00. Unit has an "ERCO" label on it and was made in Italy. Unit is in excellent condition with hardly any wear on it
Does anyone know anything about this unit? I am also looking for an owners manual for this.

It is made by EFCO in Italy- they make the Oregon 511A also, and the Tecomec branded units
The books that come with these units are virtually worthless, but I can photo copy one for you and send it to you- I wouldn't spend a lot of time looking for one.
