It took a few alterations to make it work pretty well. Find a C-face gear head, slap a pulley on it, and build a rather LARGE pulley. you are aiming for about 50 rpm. The manufactures are really good at pictures that don't show the secret of the machine. The shaft that sticks thru the bearings that the roll spins on. The end of that shaft is what holds the other side of the bundle. The stretch wrap arm bolts to the pulley, and you setup a way to hold the wrap, and tension it. I used a small disc with a spring (adjustable) and some bicycle brake pads.Works like a charm, mostly. I have wrapped 5000 of the little monsters this year.
