Electrically problem with 2002 SC50tx

2002 SC50tx with 3024 50hp cat engine. The right boom swing is electrically energized at all times, the red LED light on the computer controller is lite up indicating the computer is sending the signal to energize the solenoid that controls the valve for the right swing boom. Take the solenoid off, no swing, that is how I eliminate it is hydraulic. I have disconnected both joysticks and it still swings, that eliminates the joysticks. I need help!!!
