So does Husky own Electrolux or vice-versa?

Actually, Electrolux owns ALL of the stock in Husky. Husqvarna is a separate company, listed separately on the stock exchange, but is still at this point owned by entirely by Electrolux.

Yes, and whether it is all the stocks of not, I don't know.

All other OPE brands that were controlled by E-lux are now controlled by Husqvarna, I believe.
Whether it makes a difference or not is another story - the jury probably will be out for a while.....
