I have searched the site, but have not found any answers to this. I'm looking for some general training on and felling and possibly tree climbing in Washington.
I have been a firewood cutter for years. With all of the storms we've had up here in the Pacific NW over past few years, I have gotten more and more involved in felling and storm cleanup for neighbors, friends, landowners, the church, etc. Although I do not intend to do any of this for a living, I would like to undergo some training to enhance my skills and level of safety.
Partially thanks to this site, I have bought more saws than I really need. Now I LOOK for opportunities to use them!
Can anyone recommend classes/training in Washington state?
