Mass also requires a license, and the DOT check for it if they stop you and you have fertilizer or herbicide with you

only if you have an additive or addjuvent in the mix; I heard of someone getting in trouble for have a spreader-sticker in an organic foliar application.

Using the product, or bothering him? He used it to hold the product on the leaf, and the WDNR hassled him because they have the right to pull tank samples and regulate adjuvents. I don't recall if he got a fine or a talking to.

Hassling him about it.....I don't spray much anymore but don't remember hardly ever spraying without adjuvant/survactant sticker and I used to do a lot of it. Why do they regulate this? Is some greenie claiming toxic chems in them?

I cannot find my old test manual, I've not had my cert for years. WI application regs has a lot of controls put on by the greenie weenies; i could write an essay.

The DNR has listened to the green industry lobby some - the GW's wanted big lawn signs with Mr Yuck on them, we only have to put the little flags out on the four corners of each lot, or app site. i think date/time /applicator have to go on them now.
