They are my preferred file. However, they behave the same as any other if you let the 12 pack get soaked and don't notice it for a couple weeks

I have used and like Pferd files. Mange, of course you know that the best files come from FINLAND. _Just teasing you but I have had good results from Viking Brand Finnish files. I have to say that Stihl's chainsaw files are excellent.
