Your ranker angle works out to about 6.5º but grinding the rakers flat generates a slight corner on the front top of the raker - this means the raker will penetrate further into the wood than usual which will increase the raker angle by 1/2º or so. However, this type of raker profile does add more friction which is why it's better to round rakers over and just lower the raker more. With the 3120 in softer woodsit probably doesn't affect cutting performance much or not at all.

I use 7.5º on my 441 with the 25" bar.
It should be possible for to go to at least 8 or even 9º in your woods with such a short bar.
It will break grabby as all hell but the big powerhead should be able to handle it.
