Eyes and ears open, mouth shut. Jump in, but don't overdo it. Don't show up the lazy guy in the crew ( there will be at least one, there always is,) or he'll throw you under the bus. Learn the job for a couple weeks and then let them eat your dust.
Keep your phone in your pocket except when you're having lunch.
You been taking ecstasy? That's the least *******-ish thing I've ever heard come out of you.The new guy is expected to **** up. Dont do that too much and you will have exceeded expectations. Just watch, and learn the job, and then you can turn it on and pass them all by. The fact that you're on here asking these questions at all shows your ahead of most of the crew already. You'll get noticed in due time.
