You are thinking of the woman who had the "tree service" in a town of 100 people in a remote area of Canada who was selling "excess" saws on the cheap.

Reverse lookup shows the number to be for BTS Equipment @ 4510 Rivers Ave Suite D in North Charleston. They look to be an equipment exporter, looks like Neil and Donna Bailey are associated with them. I could find a number of ads in the area with this # selling everything from truck rims to storage space.

As always, do your homework and deal in person.
