I have decided to throw in the towel and just sell this 051 Stihl. I purchased it not running with the idea of restoring it and am posting a link to the thread that details what I have done. It runs great but I cant make it quit getting bar oil into the crank case. I know now that it is not the oil pump causing the problem like everyone suggested. I assume it has to be the crank case gasket. It does run and runs great but burns bar oil. It also needs a kill switch. Here is the link with the saga from start to now.

I just don't have the time or patience to tackle the repairs that I believe it needs. I am looking to sell or trade. I have it in my mind that I want a 50cc pro model Husqvarna of some kind. I will use any proceeds from the sell of this saw for that. It came with a 25" bar and 404 chain but trust me, neither one of those are worth the cost to ship. The chain is frozen in several places and the bar is beyond worn out. Heck, the wore out is worn out! Anyway, if you are interested in the old saw just let me know. It would be nice to see someone who has the time, understanding and know how to fix this thing up. Once again, it runs great! I have a carb kit that will go with it although I don't think it needs it. It has a new gas line in the tank and filter. Thanks for taking time to look.
