I need to put a pic up of mine. Used em two summers and various stuff in the winter. The corks Hoffman's sourced when they built these are amazingly tough. Nothin like the chams. Last summer I was wearing em I was on allot of gravel doing logging admin... if they were champs they would't of lasted a week. Have some phillips corks to split between the leathers and the Xtra toughs.

I got hoffmans and they seem to last a while.........mind you they should had to take out a mortgage to buy em .......(the lender was the wife lol so interest rates not to bad.......however if I default then the sanctions could be severe .....like having to cook for myself :eek2:

Bah, Pro's only use full comp. cbs-457, made from pure unobtanium, and hardened in Beluga whale urine... though the hoffman soles on my vibergs are holding up quite nice

I had a big long winded thread about this sometime last summer... Viberg wanted big canadian money for a resole, anybody local looked at me like I was crazy, or not speaking mandarin... Hoffmans had em back to me in less than two weeks for a killer price. They mentioned they would calkify any shoe that could be resoled... flip flops crossed my mind... clak flop, clak flop, clak flop has nice sound to it:help:

God! Those are some horrible looking things. What passes for caulk shoes these days is amazing.
Just about as well to go barefoot.
