I just looked through the thread "a good csm for beginners" and saw one of Timberframed's replies with a pic of a csm at a camp site with 5-6 lanterns in the pic. It reminded me of a pic I took the other day at work, a giant homemade lantern from some guys extra pots and pans. It was pretty impressive to see in person and was very realistic looking. He said that he wasn't sure if he would go through the trouble to make it functional or not. There's a coke can next to it for reference. I know its not chainsaw or milling related but TF seems to hang out here a lot.

I couldn't help but laugh. No reason just in a good mood I guess. This could be the lanterns gone wild Thread.

Here you go rotated. I have an old JC Higgens lantern I was given years ago, who made yours?
