I’m desperately posting to this site to try and connect with other folks that have dealt with daimler/freightliner with warranty work on a brand new truck. I’m out of options and don’t have my truck after five weeks and there’s no communication in when this issue will be fixed. The dealership has put the problem on the lap of freightliner by stating that they are slow-rolling the operation. I can’t get anyone on the phone from freightliner because they disabled their customer service line. If anyone has a line or contact number I’d appreciate it.
