I do apologize for information that I offered that has been shown to me to be in error. The 511a Oregon grinder currently sold is NOT capable of simple direction reversal for it does not appear to be the same as my older model.

I was in error and mispoke on this unit and will be more careful in the future as I made an assumption based on past experience and was not aware of basic design changes on this particular product.

Pest I think that the key word is "simple". Anything is possible but the juice has got to be worth the squeeze. It would have been nice if they had just changed the switch and used the same field coils.
