I was logging in the white mt national forest cutting bull pine every so often i thought i would see somthing out of the corner of my eye. and i was cutting my last tree to fill out my hitch the tree came down and a black fur ball hit the ground and bounced 6 feet in the air and ran off. It turns out it was a cub black bear and come to find out momma bear was standing at the edge of the clearing watching and waiting. pure luck:blob2:

That is comical. Around here a bear is a rarity but coon and porcupine are common. I almost think that I`d rather be hit by a falling bear cub than either of those two if it weren`t for mama`s perception of what was happening as you tried to get junior off your back.

No bears here but when I get some property a couple counties north they will become a factor. So will wolves, bobcats, and fat chicks from da U.P.
