Ive looked all over this forum and seen tons of pics of your mill and ideas but not many pics of the slab furniture you make. please post pics?

This is only big piece of furniture I have made that I have photos of. I have made some rough garden furniture for family members but I don't have any photos of these.

Its 7' 8" long on the LHS x 11' long across the back x 6' long on the RHS. The desk is 2' 6" wide on the wings and 3' wide on the back.

The top is made of 2" finished to 1 1/2" thick solid Jarrah hardwood slabs. The rest is made from recycled Jarrah floor boards.
Not shown is the full height (almost to ceiling) jarrah bookcase that sits on the top of the LHS wing of desk
It has built in power and network cabling. 3 months after I made it we got wireless and I got a laptop and now I sit at the kitchen table or on the living room sofa to use it and fancy desk is hardly ever used.

Your web site rocks i love the table and bed. I like the natural curves of the unedged wood.

I wish I had your talent the bench no problem the carving impossible. I really like that style though the tenon and wedge on a slab.
