I believe this to be true to add cc's and after muffler removal if you were to use a piece of sharpened wood to scape the cylinder over and over again (also called (woods porting) this will also add power/ccs") this is what I hear (from people that have Knowledge in the area) not sure as I am just a dumb ass , well hope this helps , thanks

I am surprised no one asked what "ccs" might be. I believe it to be "chainsaw cutting sounds", which I would have to agree with.
