Getting noticed?

How can I get noticed and land a job that appreciates my abilities? How can I make the step to make real climber money? I am the cre
w leader/lead climber in a business that takes on. a large amount of crane removals.

Probably like anything. Keep your head down, your nose clean, be on time, bust ass and have a pleasant disposition. Not sure what else is worth noticing.

You dont have to shoot video of yourself! , being confident I found out worked best for me......being able to answer why, how, etc.. without thinking about it, able to just jump in & do it like second nature!!

dont be overly confident or boast.......there are enough out there that do that, let your actions do the talking & give it time.......if you dont see araise or what you are looking for, then mention it to the boss....if ya dont ask they wont offer!!!
