I have an opportunity to purchase a Good system. Is there an updated version or are they all the same?

AFIK Its still the same unit, but there are ''Accessories'' that can be purchased.

I kinda remember that the older units didn't have as wide a strap as the newer ones do and somthing about where the backing plate has some insulaters on it? I might be wrong though. Its been a long time since I looked at them last.

2012ish the updated the drum to a longer drum to accommodate 4 full wraps with a 3/4" rope. Also, note sure the time period, but the mounting plate has changed for the better in my opinion. Originally there was one pigtail and additional fairleads. These fairleads were being misused, and there were failures. They now have only top fairleads, and both right and left pigtails. Much better now.
