Green Mtronic solenoids ?

I have two new in the box. Should I use them on a saw that has a bad white solenoid, or not.

Use them on a machine which came originally with a black or a green one. Replace a white valve with another white one.

They aren't glued into position, so sure? Just swap back and forth, like Bill Nye would....
