Anyone have a diagram of a greenteeth set up on a carliton 4400-4? I just recently bought the 700 series from treestuff and some of the pocket wont go on because they are too close together. Do I skip some pockets from the original standard set up?

Greenteeth setup

This is how the 1100 series was setup on my 4400-4 before I went to the New River Revolution wheel

those pockets look a little different then the ones i received. Mine are a little wider. Four pockets didnt go on they are opposite to eachother so im wondering if it will matter.

Why did you get the 700 series teeth setup. My little machine runs the 900 series.

Main thing is you want the wheel to be balanced. If you get a drill press and bench grinder you can sharpen your own teeth. I sharpen mine just about after ever grinding, and I only have to touch them up. I got three sets of teeth so I can rotate them to.

That's what treestuff recommends on there site. Do you have space between pockets where the original pockets went?

These are way to small for your machine. I run 1100 series deep dish greens on both my 4400-4 and 7015trx and they work fine. It does take less hp. to run the 700s but you will be wearing them out in 1/3 the time of the 1100s. The reason they recommend the 700s is they get to sell you 3 times the teeth. As for skipping pockets, I don't run inside teeth/pockets (pockets closest to shaft) on the 4400-4 and it cuts fine.
