I just did this to a 365 xt that I just got , still waiting for the piston and carb kit to continue with the build . I used a 1/2 inch diameter carbide ball with my die grinder to remove the divider , super easy . I'm somewhat wondering if I should replace the seals before reassembly . they feel like they are still pliable and are not distorted looking but a leak here could possibly mess with my outcome .

The only way to get new seals is to buy a new jug I believe.
